- Driving Telemetry: For each driving run, we record touch points on the cockpit controls, steering, accelerator and brake inputs, speed, run times, track identifiers, and screen dimensions. This telemetry is the input used to attune the cockpit layout to your driving style.
- Cockpit Configuration: The control-layout settings (steering arc, control positions) derived for your pilot profile from your driving telemetry.
- Verification Data: One-time verification codes or single-use sign-in links we email you, and records of their use.
- Usage Data: Standard technical information collected via secure server logs, including browser type and device details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information for the following legitimate purposes:
- To create, secure, and identify your pilot account, including sign-in via Google or email verification.
- To attune the cockpit controls to your driving style and to operate the driving-attunement experience.
- To display run results and leaderboards within the application.
- To deliver sign-in codes and essential service communication by email.
- To maintain system security, detect fraudulent activity, and prevent abuse of our infrastructure.
- To comply with statutory legal, tax, and accounting requirements in Thailand.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
We share your data only with trusted infrastructure providers essential to our operations under strict confidentiality standards:
- Cloudflare: For secure content delivery, edge caching, and DNS management.
- Google: When you choose "Sign in with Google," Google authenticates your identity and shares your basic profile (name, email, profile picture) with us. Google's processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Resend: For delivering one-time sign-in codes and verification emails on our behalf.
We do not disclose your personal information to external commercial brokers or unaffiliated advertisers.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was gathered.
